Every effort will be made to pack and send your goods promptly and in perfect condition. If for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will offer a full refund provided the goods are returned within 7 days of receipt, unworn and with original labels, we regret however that we are unable to refund or exchange earrings.
